Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order from us. If not, please email us: contact@rodessa.com.au within 14 days from the tracked delivered date.

Please contact us first to arrange a return or exchange. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will get back to you with further instructions to complete the return/exchange.

All return/exchange items must be returned undamaged and with original packing and support packaging. 

Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.

Damages in transit

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos or videos on the damage including the packaging. We recommend you check your item and packaging carefully within 2 days of receiving your item and report any damage to us as soon as possible. We will work with you to best resolve this issue.Depending on the individual situation we will discuss a refund, replacement or store credit.
